  • 1.) Why does the customer never likes my pizza?

    Please make sure to add sauce or cheese to your pizza unless the customer specifies they do not want sauce or cheese. You can also find examples of the perfect pizza if you go to the help menu. 

    To access the help menu, pause the game and tap on the ? button.

    In addition, you can always ask the customer for more detail if you press “What?” during their order.

    For half and half pizzas, for instance, “half cheese and half pepperoni” is half cheese pizza plus half pepperoni pizza, which means instead of [cheese] on one side, and [pepperoni] on the other side, it should be [sauce, cheese] on one side, and [sauce, cheese, pepperoni] on the other side.

    For combo pizzas, for instance, “pepperoni and sausage” is pepperoni and sausage on both sides, not “half pepperoni and half sausage”. So instead of [sauce, cheese, pepperoni] on one side, and [sauce, cheese, sausage] on the other side, it should be [sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage] on both sides.

  • 2.) My game keeps freezing or crashing.

    Please send an email to our support team and include the following information to help us resolve the issue for you ASAP:

    The device you are playing the game on. The version of the game you have installed. If freezing, the screenshot where it freezes.

  • 3.) I didn’t receive my purchase.

    Please try closing the game and opening it again. If you still have not received your purchase, please trt turning off and on your device.

    If restarting the game or your device does not fix the purchase issue, please contact our support team and include your order number if you are on Google Play Store.

    If you are on Apple App Store, we don’t have the access to give you refund. You need to deal with Apple directly.

  • 4.) How can I tell which version of Good Pizza, Great Pizza is installed?

    Go to the main menu of the game and then tap on the settings button. Once the settings popup appears the version number will appear on the top left corner. The version number will looks something like 3.0.1 (253).

  • 5.) Does Good Pizza, Great Pizza support data sync?

    No. For some players it might provide very basic data sync, like game day, funds, etc. But we don’t guarantee full data sync. And we don’t recommend playing one Apple Game Center / Google Play Game Services ID on multiple devices.

    However, you can try connecting the same Apple Game Center / Google Play Game Services ID to your new device to see if it draws some data from your old device.

  • 6.) Why is bell pepper fruit in Good Pizza, Great Pizza?

    Some ingredients are categorized differently between different countries even between different circumstances. In game for now bell pepper is categorized as fruit.

    There also is a guide in the settings menu with perfect pizza samples that might help.

  • 7.) I can’t pass a steward’s challenge.

    Pressing “What?” should help with more information, but if you need more help, please email us with which order it is, and the screenshot of the pizza you made.

  • 1.) Why don’t any customers come into my restaurant?

    Customers only come into your restaurant if you have food on the counter and if your popularity is not zero. If your popularity is zero, please put some food onto the counter and wait for five minutes.

    In addition, please make sure the door is not blocked.

  • 2.) How do I get the collectibles?

    Golden collectibles randomly drop as you play Restaurant Dreams. To increase your chances of getting collectibles, just decorate your restaurant, buy appliances, cook dishes, etc.

  • 3.) My game keeps freezing or crashing.

  • 5.) How can I figure out my ChefID?

  • 6.) How can I tell which version of Restaurant Dreams is installed?

    To find the version of Restaurant Dreams you have installed, please do the following: Go to your restaurant and press on the top right button (menu) and choose settings. The version number will be something like 3.9.2 (18). Here is a video showing how to find the version number:
