TapBlaze is looking for a Community Support Analyst to join our team and serve as the vital link between us and our players. In this position you will be responsible for interacting with the community via review responses, emails and support tickets. Our most popular game, “Good Pizza, Great Pizza” has recently reached over 200 million downloads and we’re just getting started!


  • Respond to player emails, comments and reviews.
  • Create and improve online help and tutorials for our games.
  • Keep our player happy and listen/address their feedbacks.

We're looking for people who have a genuine love for their craft and want to be part of something bigger.


  • 1+ years of customer support in gaming.
  • Passion for gaming is a MUST.
  • Familiar with Zendesk support platform.
  • Super attention to details; mention "pizza" in your letter.
  • Bilingual or multilingual (i.e. Spanish, Korean, Chinese, etc.) is a big plus.
