TapBlaze is looking for a Community Manager to join our team and serve as the vital link between us and our players. In this position you will be responsible for managing our growing community across social media and inside our products, interact with the community via emails and support tickets. Our most popular game, “Good Pizza, Great Pizza” has recently reached over 50 million downloads and we’re just get started!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to player emails, comments and reviews.
  • Keep players engaged in our communities (i.e. Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, etc.) with latest news and updates.
  • Lead the creation of social media, website, video, PR, and other marketing content.
  • Create and improve online help and tutorials for our games.
  • Keep our player happy and listen/address their feedbacks.

We're looking for people who have a genuine love for their craft and want to be part of something bigger.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of community management in gaming.
  • Passion for gaming is a MUST.
  • Super attention to details; mention "pizza" in your letter.
  • Self-driven, good communicator and a great team-player.
  • Bilingual or multilingual (i.e. Spanish, Korean, Chinese, etc.) is a big plus.
